Tehdy jsem si rikal, jak by to bylo perfektni mit extra prijem penez z prazdneho pozemku nez na nem postavim sklady. Ale problem asi byl, ze neni vyasfaltovan. Takze to nebylo uplne idealni misto na parkovani aut. Proste je to spise takova louka s travou.  Broker rikal, ze se klient na to podiva a pak se mi ozvou. Ale nikdy se uz neozvali. Jen mi to pripadalo zajimave jak se najednou objevilo teoreticke nove vyuziti pozemku a moznost prijmu. Ted mi pripada zajimave, ze se na tuto situaci s rekordnimi dodavkami zakaznikum chystali uz tehdy a hledali parkovaci mista.
