Go Tax Zona – dalsi zajimava prilezitost na investice do nemovitosti

Tohle jsou veci na ktere bych chtel mit trosku vice casu je analyzovat. V roce 2005 po hurikanu Katrina byla vyhlasena tzv. Go Zone, aby se prilakaly investice do oblasti, ktere byly poskozene hurikanem. Kdo investuje do nemovitosti ma moznost zrychlene odepsat celou investici a usetrit tak na danich. 50% z hodnoty nemovitosti se da odepsat behem prvniho roku, dalsich 50% behem 4 let. Laicky receno. Kdyz se to poradne spocita tak treba muzu nakoupit nemovitosti, dat u nich 20% downpayment, ale veskerou investici dostanu temer hned zpet ve forme vracenych danich (mozna dostanu jeste vice penez zpet nez investuji). Je to moznost ziskat nemovitost v podstate zadarmo a mit jeste pozitivni cash flow.   1. Jo tak tomu rikam podpora od statu. I kdyby na Prahu nebo na Moravu napadali tragace, tak vlada neumozni si investice do nemovitosti si odepsat behem alespon 10 let… kdyz ne nic.

    Jde videt, ze vlada USA se aspon stara o rychly rozvoj a zbrchani se zpustosenych oblasti…

  2. Tohle je neco jineho.. ja jsem predtim myslel tu sedivou zonu pro danovou optimalizaci. Tohle je program primo od vlady.

    Nemovitost lze ziskat zadarmo a jeste dostat penize navic. A to treba z dani co jsem zaplatil za poslednich 5 let. Dejme tomu, ze jsem zaplatil $100 tis. na danich za poslednich 5 let. Koupim nemovitost s $30 tis. downpayment, dostanu $40 tis zpet z dani co jsem drive zaplatil.

    Pripada mi to neuveritelne.
