Velmi casto se nam stava, ze nas kontaktuje nejaka private equity nebo venture kapital firma. To je naprosto normalni a kazda z techto firem zamestnava lidi, kteri tomu venuji vsechen cas, ze vyhledavaji ruzne firmy do kterych by se dalo investovat.
Vypada to zhruba takto:

Ze zacatku me to lichotilo, protoze jsem mel pocit, ze investori maji zajem. Ale je to skutecne jen proste system jak tyto firmy funguji. Maji zamestnane lidi, kteri nedelaji nic jineho nez se takto snazi nekoho kontaktovat. A hlavne zjistit co nejvice se o tech firmach da. Po takovem intro emailu vetsinou nasleduje nejaky ten konferencni hovor. Kdyz dopadne dobre tak zadost o schuzku. Celou dobu se delaji takove tanecky okolo jak zjistit nejake detaily o tom vasem podnikani. Vetsine podnikatelu se toho moc rikat nechce, takze jsou to skutecne takove tanecky a postupne se to nejak taha. Kdyz investor vidi, ze toho nechcete moc sdelit tak nabidne podepsani NDA (non disclosure agreement).
Tak a konecne se dostavam k hlavni pointe. Me osobne vsechny ty NDA pripadaji trosku jako vtip. Nechate si to podepsat, ale stejne je vam jasne, ze co nechcete rict je lepsi nerikat. Ono to totiz moc neznamena. Soudit a dokazovat, nekde nekdo neco prozradil je strasne casove i financne narocne.
Lepsi je byt opatrny a proste ty doopravdy citlive informace nerikat. Nebo je rikat, ale nejak zamerne mlzit. Nedavno jsme takto vypustili informaci na privatnim meetingu a ted se to ke me dostalo zpet od jine firmy se kterou mam velmi dobre vztahy. Takze jsem si to jen potvrdil jak to ve skutecnosti funguje.
Informace jsou klic k uspechu. To co vam pripada jako samozrejme a jednoduche tak pro nekoho jineho muze mit obrovskou hodnotu, protoze ty zakladni fakta vubec nechape. A je zbytecne to uplne jednoduse hlaskovat. At se trapi a prijdou si na to sami.
